"I’m sorry but you cannot have the freedom of expression and freedom from being offended, it doesn’t work that way, you can’t have both of those because the tricky thing about offense is, it is taken, not given. We can’t have meaningful discussions if we have to worry about being jailed or killed, or how others might interpret what we say." -

It is taken, not given.  I like that!

I can’t. I fucking can’t.

This.
Bastard.

What the actual fuck?

Just an FYI,  I have been raped and sexually assaulted before.

Does that mean I think all men are rapists? No. Does it mean it’s affected everything in my life? No. The only thing it’s affected is I’m a little bit nervous to walk through a city late at night alone. And that’s mainly because of cop shows. Not because I was raped.

I guess it’s just me, but I hate it when people tell me that I have to be the man-hating person because I was raped. I don’t give a shit. The only way, in my opinion, to defeat a rapist or someone who sexually assaults you is to just get on with your life and not let it affect you as much as you can.

At least that’s what I do.

(Also, one of the rapes did happen with a fucking knife to my throat, just saying. And Florida didn’t count it as rape because he was my boyfriend at the time. It is also how I lost my virginity.)

Like right now, to be specific.
Assuming that men are the ones that need to fix rape culture because feminists stereotype men as the only perpetrators, when in reality, men make up nearly half of victims of sex trafficking,  women make up 40% of perpetrators, 60% of daycare molestation is committed by women, 42% of sexual misconduct in juvenile facilities is committed by women, 22% of childhood sexual abuse is committed by females, 23% by both male & female (that’s 45% committed by females), 43% of student sexual abuse is committed by females, false rape claims are much more common than feminists like to believe (allowing innocent men to be sent to prison and inevitably be raped themselves), and the legal system doesn’t acknowledge that women can rape men, which allows female rapists to laugh at their crimes against men and demand child support, instead of devoting time to addressing anger and sexual issues in individuals regardless of gender in order to stop rape, are all pretty good ways of perpetuating rape culture. Even when women are prosecuted for rape, they serve lighter sentences than men, which would suggest that women raping isn’t as bad or even somewhat condoned. Feminists give false statistics on rape and perpetuate a patriarchal attitude about women’s sexual agency as soon as their raped, giving women a harder time recovering from their trauma. Or when feminists dismiss safety precautions women should take to protect themselves as “victim blaming.” Feminists broaden the definition of rape in order to keep control over men.
It seems to me feminism is the one perpetuating rape culture, and you’re just buying into it with your bullshit self-loathing, giving the poster of this photo even more of a reason to be an ignorant moron.
Facts are a bitch, aren’t they?

Communism Kills: 5 Reasons You Should Hate Capitalism

whatiscapitalism:

1. Capitalism Causes Inequality. Capitalism is the idea that the pothead who dropped out of college for extra gaming time should make less money than the engineering student who worked two jobs to pay his way through school.

This is wrong. Those two people should get the…
